The hotel is in a wonderful area close to restaurants, markets, and the commercial area. the room was wonderful with exceptionally comfortable beds. - the staff, especially the management of New Aye Yar, is accommodating and helpful. - the hotel has a favorable location near a historic Buddhist pagoda.

Location: the hotel was close to the Post Office and Sule Pagoda and other colonial old buildings, churches, mosques, chinese and indian temples, Bogyoke market, and the local market near Singapore Food Court and Bogyoke market. I found there a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Bharat Indian Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away...

It was a good location for us, close enough to a quiet neighbourhood, Bogyoke market and centre of city `. The room we had included climate control, TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.
